About the artist

I'm AJ, I'm a 22 year old self-taught animal artist from the United States. As a child, I used to doodle stick animals on the inside cover of my coloring books. I continued to draw as I grew older, from horses inspired by the movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, to wolves, and eventually graduating to animals of all kinds.I started drawing seriously between around 9-10 years old, where I drew "wolf characters" habitually on my only available medium, pencil and paper. At age 12, I asked my parents for a drawing tablet. I have been working digitally since then.I am an animal lover and advocate, having owned several species of animals throughout my life. I now own 14 rats, 7 rabbits, and a cat, and have volunteered for a rabbit rescue since 2013. I take every opportunity that arises to educate others on proper animal care. TERMS OF SERVICE

Relevant to noncommercial projects only, and is subject to revisions, edits, and additions without notice.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.Current as of January 2020

General Regulations

- You may not copy, trace, reupload, reproduce, or redistribute my work anywhere and in any way without my permission.- Proper credit must be given accordingly and must include my username or a link to one of my accounts. You may not, under any circumstances, remove or request to remove my signature.- I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason. I will notify you of this decision.- My turn-around time varies wildly depending on both my schedule at the time and the complexity of the piece, but as a general rule you can expect to receive your order within 1-12 weeks.- If you have a deadline, you must notify me before you order. If said deadline does not allow me enough time to finish your work, I will decline the commission.- With the exception of custom made characters, I require visual reference for the subject of your order. Insufficient references will result in the cancellation of your order. If references provided are not detailed, I am not held responsible for any mistakes made due to this.- If you are ordering a custom character, I require a detailed description. You must be patient and communicative. For better or worse, I cannot read minds, and I can only do as much as you describe.- My queue is first come first serve with the exception of a deadline.- I will not accept orders requesting to replicate a certain art style.

Payment & Refunds

- I accept payment via PayPal invoice only. I will not alter prices due to any additional conversion fees.- I require 100% payment upfront before I begin. An invoice detailing your order will be sent via PayPal charging the full amount.- Failure to receive payment within one (1) week will result in the voiding of your order. You may reorder once more in which you have the same grace period before your commission is permanently voided.- I only offer 100% refunds if the order is cancelled before I start on the piece. This is regardless of whether I or the client elects to cancel. Partial refunds will be offered depending on how much of the work has been completed. For example, if you ordered a shaded fullbody but canceled during the sketch, you pay the price of a fullbody sketch. Artwork that is cancelled before completion will be offered as is.- Prices are subject to change at any given time. If you have ordered and have not paid before the price change, I will honor the original price. This does not apply to work that has been nullified due to lack of payment.- Up to 3 minor changes after completion are offered free of charge. Major changes after completion are always subject to additional charges. Price varies on how much is changed.

- Sexual content, paraphilia, direct or implicated suicide, hateful imagery, complex backgrounds, cars, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects, arachnids, humans/humanoidsFor anything not listed here, please ask me!

Permissions & Usage

- The artist may use the artwork however and whenever, with the exception of distribution of commissioned work or characters.- The client may not, under any circumstances, remove my signature, redistribute without permission,

Pricing & Examples

Please read all of the info listed below as well as my Terms of Service before contacting me.- Cash is taken via paypal and will be requested before beginning. I will not start a drawing until I receive payment.
- You must provide numerous clear photo references. Insufficient photos will result in inaccuracies of which I am not at fault.
- My policy regarding refunds, cancellation, turn-around time, and mid-work changes can be found in my ToS
